PL/SQL is PLSQL Developer11.0.3.1770.

Initialization error Could not initialize "C:\ oracle\ product\ 11.2.0\ dbhome_1\ bin\ oci.dll" Make sure you have the 32 bits Oracle Client installed. OCIDLL forced to C:\ oracle\ product\ 11.2.0\ dbhome_1\ bin\ oci.dll LoadLibrary (C:\ oracle\ product\ 11.2.0\ dbhome_1\ bin\ oci.dll) returned 0

The reason for this problem is that my instantclient uses 64-bit, while PL/SQL is 32-bit, so an error is reported.

The solution is to download a copy of instantclient-basic-win32-11.2.0.1.0 to the directory you want to put.
