Resolve:

Vi / etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo

# baseurl

Mirrorlist

Change to:

Baseurl

# mirrorlist

Continue with the command: yum-y install glances

Error report: [Errno 14] problem making ssl connection

Resolve:

Vi / etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo

Change enabled=1 to enabled=0 first

Then the command line executes: yum install ca-certificates

After successful installation, change enabled back to 1

Execute again: yum-y install glances

Installation successful!
