Solution:

After practice, this kind of failure is generally a motherboard problem. Restart can trigger HA, and the VM originally running normally on this node will restart on other nodes.

If it's a critical application, wait a while and maybe recover. The failed host is placed in maintenance mode during recovery.

I have tried to put the host into maintenance mode with the esxcli command, without success.
