Go to Monitoring\Reporting\Reports. There are hundreds of templates for reports. Most people are circled here. Tell everyone to use a template named:

Double-click the template, as shown below:

Select the collection you want to query in Values, then click View Report button directly, after generating the report, click the small triangle on the floppy disk, select the format you want to save, and the problem will be solved.
