This task is to complete the registration of Office 365International Edition. We have learned the experimental scenario and completed the Office 365Experimental tenant configuration required to experience Teams.

Register an international version of Office 365

Before performing this lab, you must have an Office 365 Enterprise E3 or E5 trial account. This account can be registered and applied for free trial through the official website of Microsoft Office International (http://www.office.com).

Note: the Office 365 described in this lab are all non-century interconnected versions.

Since the E5 version does not have voice function in the free test of the international version Office 365, you can choose to register the E3 version for trial.

In the Edge browser, open the following URL:

Click "Free trial" on the page to go to the version selection page of Office 365, and select "Global version of Microsoft Office 365 Service" on the page.

"Click for details", and then select "Select Global Office 365Services now".

Include nationality, last name, first name, email address, telephone number, company name, number of companies and other information in the basic information submitted. Click "next Page".

Fill in the registered administrator account name and the Office enterprise subdomain name. Enter the set password repeatedly and click "create my account".

At this time, Office 365 will require verification through the mobile phone or landline to verify whether the application is made by a robot or malicious application. If you use the mobile phone, you can choose "send me a text message" or "call me". If it is a landline, please select "call me". It is recommended to use mobile phone for verification.

The default choice is "send me a text message". After entering your phone number, click "send me a text message". After entering the received mobile phone verification code, click "next page".

If the verification is passed, Office 365 will save the relevant information, create the relevant information and configure the Office 365 account. Do not refresh the page at this time so as not to cause the application to fail.

It should be noted that if repeated applications for free test operations are found by Office 365, the relevant information submitted will be blacklisted, that is, future test applications with the same information will be rejected.

When the prompt "you are ready" appears on the page, it indicates that Office 365 has completed the creation of the registered account. Click this button to complete the free test account application for the international version of Office 365E3.

Second, the background and environment description of Teams experience experiment

Take the Pilgrimage to the West as a hypothetical team tenant using Office 365, subscribing to Office 365 Enterprise E3 or E5. The four master and disciples use Office 365 for all messaging, instant messaging and document management. Because Microsoft has launched a new teamwork feature for Office 365-Microsoft Teams. Therefore, they need to use this feature to improve the communication efficiency and work efficiency of the team.

The equipment for this experiment includes a Windows or Mac computer, an IOS or Android mobile phone, and an international Office 365E3 or E5 subscription (with at least 5 users).

3. Configure Office 365 tenants for the Teams experience lab

1. Log in to Office 365 as a tenant administrator

Open an Edge browser, enter http://www.office.com in the address bar, and click the "login" button.

In the login screen, log in using the Office administrator account in the following format:

Youradminusername@yourtenantname.onmicrosoft.com

Click "next", enter the corresponding Office administrator password, and click "Login".

2. Enter the management console

Click the "manage" icon in "applications" on the page

Or click the "Nine Palace Grid" application navigation icon in the upper left corner of the page, and click the "Administrator" button in the "Application" of the navigation bar to enter the management console.

3. Enter the active user management window

In the navigation bar on the left side of the console, click the "user" drop-down arrow, and click "active user" in the slide menu to enter the active user management window.

4. Create an Office 365 user account

In the active users window, click add user.

Fill in the "New user" page that slides to the right:

"surname": sun

Name: Wukong

Show name will be automatically generated based on the above two items

"user name": sunwukong

Location: China

Contact Information: skip

Click the drop-down arrow before "password", select "create password" and set the password to Pa$$w0rd

Remove the check box before "Let this user change their password when logging in for the first time"

Roles: skip

Click the drop-down arrow before the Product license to assign Office 365Enterprise Edition authorization to the new user

Finally, click the "add" button at the bottom of the page to complete the creation of the Office 365 user account.

5. Create other Office 365 user accounts

Refer to step 4 and create the following Office 365 user account in turn:

Of course, you can also use CSV to "add multiple users" at one time, and the specific operation can be learned through other ways. Because the number of users involved in this experimental environment is small, it will not be described too much.

6. Log out of the administrator login

In the upper right corner of the window, click the administrator account avatar. In the slide-out menu, click exit.

Wait until Office 365 prompts "you have logged out of your account, it is best to close all browser windows", then close all browser windows.
