Enable disk quotas for specified ftp users in file resource management server

I. Quota management

Open Server Manager-Add File Server Resource Manager

2. Find File Server Resource Manager in Window Management Tool

3. Create quota template

a. Fill in the template name and space limit size

b. Verify whether the addition is successful

4. Create quotas

a. Select quota path and create quota template

Note: Select folder A is a folder that can be accessed through FTP in the article "Building a web server under server2016 & Three Virtual Host Experimental Documents", specify the user as jack, and the host name is ftp.a.com

b. Verify whether the creation is successful

5. Configure quota attributes

a. Add threshold

b. Set warning usage rate

c. Generate quota usage report

6. Access through third-party FTP software, verify whether the added quota limit takes effect by adding files

7. Verify that the added threshold takes effect

a. Increase usage to more than 70% by adding files

b. Verify whether warnings are generated through the Event Viewer

c. View by accessing the report generation path

II. File shielding management

1. Create a file shield template

2. Select the file type to block in the attribute line of the configuration template (the.txt file selected in this experiment)

3. Create a file mask

4. Select shielding path and shielding template

5. Verify that the mask works (by creating a new.txt file in file A)

III. Shield files by $+ filename

Create folders A and B on server2016

2. Share two folders

View by entering\192.168.80.33 in real machine win+r

Change the folder name to $A

Repeat step 2 for verification.
