How to check that an erp system is form. Servlet or socket mode, as well as the port number used.

Env | grep appsweb.cfg to view form. Path where the configuration file is located

If you find serverPort=xxx in this file, you can see form. The port number used.

ConnectMode=socket indicates that you are using socket mode.

Personal understanding: if the database port is 1527 = 1521 + 6, then the apps web apache port should be 8000 ports 6 = 8006

Form. The port is 9000 + 6 = 9006. I don't know if that's the case.

Forms about directory location and configuration files:

Configuration file directory: $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.2/forms/server

Appsweb.cfg sets the configuration parameters related to Forms operation, which are generated by Autoconfig

Default.env sets the Forms runtime environment variable (servlet mode), which is generated by Autoconfig

Socket.env sets the Forms runtime environment variable (socket mode), which is generated by Autoconfig

Log directory: $INST_TOP/logs/ora/10.1.2/forms

Servlet_RTI.log_ Form. Client join record (servlet mode)

Socket.log Form. Client join record (socket mode)

Forms servlet schema related directory (forms OC4J):

Configuration file directory: $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms

Log directory: $INST_TOP/logs/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/forms
