Shulou(Shulou.com)06/03 Report--

This article will explain in detail how to use the identifiers in VBS. The editor thinks it is very practical, so I share it for you as a reference. I hope you can get something after reading this article.

There are actually two identifiers for VBS:

Normal Identifier (NORMALIDENTIFIER)

Square bracket Identifier (BRACKETIDENTIFIER)

But all the VBS books I've read only talk about ordinary identifiers, not bracket identifiers.

We are already familiar with the rules of common identifiers:

The first character must be a letter.

The following characters can be letters, numbers, and underscores (_)

The length cannot exceed 255 characters

Cannot be a keyword reserved by VBS

The rules for square bracket identifiers are simpler:

Any Unicode character enclosed in brackets (except line feeds, carriage returns, and NULL)

The length cannot exceed 255 characters (excluding square brackets)

With the square bracket identifier, you can use any character as the variable name, including the VBS reserved word

The code is as follows:

Dim [if], [nickname]

[if] = "Hello world"

[nickname] = "Demon"

WScript.Echo [if]

WScript.Echo [nickname]

In this way, you can use Chinese when naming variables or functions, which looks more powerful.

This is the end of the article on "how to use identifiers in VBS". I hope the above content can be of some help to you, so that you can learn more knowledge. if you think the article is good, please share it for more people to see.
