① windows system

Log in to the CVM remotely, type compmgmt.msc in the run to open the computer management, find the disk management, and then right-click on the disk and select online.

Right-click the disk, select New simple Volume, and then click on the next step as prompted, waiting for the system to format automatically. The windows2003 system is not online, so create a new volume directly.

② linux system

Ssh logs in to the CVM and type fdisk-l to query the disk information. Generally speaking, the name of a cloud disk mounted is / dev/vdc.

Note: if multiple disks are mounted, the names will be named / dev/vdd, / dev/vde, / dev/vdf, / dev/vdg and so on in alphabetical order, so please check the disk names when mounting multiple disks. Then partition the disk.
