The steps here are the same as the settings for the logical subinterface of vlan10.

Attention! Finally, don't forget to set no shut on the physical interface of R1, otherwise it will not run successfully!

At this point, the settings for the switch and router are already ok, and then we can test the ip of pc1 and pc2. The pc settings are shown in the figure.
