Incomplete log of delivery order for SAP SD fundamentals

If we call the incomplete project log, the system checks whether the data in the outbound delivery is complete, and from the generated list, we can jump directly to the screen that maintains the incomplete fields.

We can call log of incomplete items from delivery processing, or select incomplete delivery documents with a special report, which results in a list of credentials to be processed

In outbound delivery, the system can check integrity at both the header and item layers.

In the configuration, we can control which fields will cause the outbound delivery to be incomplete if not entered, and what impact this will have on subsequent activities such as picking,packing,goods issue,billing; (for example, if the volume in the item is missing, picking may not be allowed)

The field selection that leads to incomplete delivery depends on delivery type and delivery item category

In addition, we can use the appropriate configuration function to set partner function and texts to be required; if the required partner function assignment in the credential is empty or the necessary text does not exist, a record will be entered to the log of incomplete items
