After getting enough sleep today, I feel refreshed, so I wonder what this value used to be. Can't find it on the Internet. Try to change it to the address of Packagist https://packagist.org.

Then run composer, stuck still, a look at this has a chance.

After a long wait, the specified version was updated successfully.

Try again without the version specified, also successful.
