It's time to update iOS 13 Preview Beta 3, at least for developer beta users. Apple released the third developer beta for iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 early this morning, as well as new versions of watchOS 6, tvOS 13 and macOS Catalina. Apple's public beta version should be available after a period of testing with the latest developer preview.

Apple's new software release won't be ready until the fall, so testers should still be aware of performance and stability issues when running iOS 13 beta on major devices. Some early beta releases tend to use a mix of new fixes and new bugs. There were 10 developer beta versions of iOS 12 last year, so iOS 13 is only the third developer beta version, and it is still too early for the official version.

iOS 13 is also currently available for free testing through Apple's public beta program. Apple released iOS 13 Beta 1 last week, matching the developer preview Beta 2 released the week before. This means iOS 13 Beta 2 matches iOS 13 developer Beta 3.
