Method 1: modify the network connection DNS

Save and close the HOSTS file

Click the address: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1814? View locale=en _ US, do not close it, then open iTunes, and the problem will be solved smoothly.

Method 4:

Windows user, please open: C: windows system32 driver, etc., find the Hosts file, open it with notepad, find the following statement, 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com can be deleted. If the problem is not solved, change the gs.apple.com at the back of the website to phobos.apple.com or albert.apple.com

Enter cmd from run on the start menu, open a command line window, and type the command "nslookup gs.apple.com". You will find the real ip obtained by visiting gs.apple.com in your area, and write down your IP (marked in red), such as:

Open iTunes again and the problem will be solved.

Method 6:

Check to see if the Messenger,Telnet,Terminal Services service is turned on on the computer. Right-click on my computer, and then click manage-> system Services, find the three services you want, and open it.

Method 7:

Windows XP users select the control panel from the start menu, open the Internet options control panel, click the connection tab, click the LAN settings button, and select the "automatic detection settings" checkbox.

Click OK in both windows. Reopen iTunes and connect to iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Update or restore the device.

Windows Vista and Windows 7 users select the control panel from the start menu. Select the network and Internet, and then select the Internet option. Or in Classic View, open the Internet options control panel. Click the connection label. Click the LAN Settings button. Check the automatic detection settings checkbox.

Click OK in both windows. Reopen iTunes and connect to iPhone, iPad, or iPod. Update or restore the device.
