Flipkart has launched a "smart auxiliary interface" called Flipkart Saathi to help first-time e-commerce users use the platform. Wal-Mart's platform aims to provide these users with a personalized shopping experience by providing voice guidance in English and Hindi, but this is completely different from Amazon's Alexa.

Flipkart offers shopping assistants on its platform to help buyers, while Amazon's AI assistant offers a different way to help people shop online. Smart speakers such as the Alexa-driven Echo Dot allow users to order e-commerce platforms without actually visiting the site. You can tell Alexa to buy products on Amazon and then search for products on the website.

According to the user's purchase history, it will refer to the product and quantity as well as quantity. You can only confirm the order by voice. You can also use Alexa to track shipping orders and search for deals and discounts on Amazon. It is worth noting that users need to have Amazon Prime members and Amazon accounts.
