Xilinx XCKU115-based half-height PCIe x8 hardware accelerator card I. Overview

This board is independently developed by our company, using XCKU115 -3-FLVF1924-E chip of Xilinx company as the main processor, mainly used for FPGA hardware acceleration. The board design meets industrial grade requirements. As shown below:

Standard PCIe half-height, half-length card compliant with PCI Express 3.0 specification. PCIe x1, x4 and x8 modes are supported. Support 2x72 bit (data bit width 64bit+ECC) DDR4 storage, data transmission rate 2400Mb/s. DDR4 has a single cluster capacity of 4 GB and a total capacity of 8GB. 4 user-programmable LEDs onboard. Loading mode: BPI mode. 3. Physical characteristics Working temperature: commercial grade 0℃ ~ +55℃, industrial grade-40℃~+85℃. Working humidity: 10%~80%. Single voltage power supply: voltage: DC +12V, 6A. Goldfinger took electricity. Ripple: ≤10%. 5. The cooling system adopts fanless passive cooling. VI.
