Step 1: copy the standard OWL page to the local folder:

Step 2: add a new button in VC Composer

Open the standard work center under the managed content folder and add your own page to the view list and associated objects of the standard OWL, as shown below.

Step 4: go to the work center "system management" to clear the role cache, otherwise you may not see the latest changes in the portal.

Step 5: log in to the portal and you will see your new button there.
