Or retain a domain name depending on the demand, certificate-related newly applied certificate, intranet NLB domain name containing email.contoso.com and exchange2016, import the new certificate into exchange2010

1. New deployment of exchange2016

2. Public network resolution related to exchange2016 (A record: public network IP= IP2. Because mail gateways are used to receive mail, there is no need to change the MX record)

3. Adjust the relevant configuration of exchange2016 to the same as exchange2010 (send connector, receive connector)

4. Migrate the exchange2010 mailbox to 2016

For new employee mailboxes and upgraded employee mailboxes, login web mailboxes using the old domain name mail will be redirected to the following interface. Please follow the prompts to click the link below to go to the new version of the system login interface to log in.

5. Public network resolution changes before exchange2010 is offline (adjust mail.contoso.com and email.contoso.com public network resolution consistent public network IP= IP2,autodiscover.contoso.com and email.contoso.com public network resolution consistent public network IP= IP2)

6. Gateway adjustment (cancel mail reception on ex2010 server)

7. Offline the exchange2010MBX server (uninstall the Exchange2010 mailbox server)

8. Exchange2010CAS HUB server offline (exchange2010CAS, HUB offline)
