Today, I will talk to you about what to do about the frequent interruption of individual Exchange2010 services caused by unbound IP. Many people may not know much about it. In order to make you understand better, the editor has summarized the following for you. I hope you can get something according to this article.

The company's branch site recently began to upgrade the Exchange 2010 mail system. Yesterday, the CAS role was deployed at the Changshu site and returned to Shanghai for testing. It is found that three services are often easy to stop automatically.

These three services are:

MIcroSoft Exchange Forms-Based authentication ServiceMicrosoft Exchange Protected Service HostMicrosoft Exchange Service Host

When testing OWA, "HTTP 500Internal Server error" is displayed

When you open the Exchange 2010 management console, the server certificate cannot be displayed, as shown below:

The certificate cannot be displayed because one of the services is not enabled.

There will also be the following error log:

At the beginning, I didn't notice that it was caused by the network setting problem. Through the error log query Google, I found that there are quite a lot of the same problems, which are caused by the fact that the network card ipv6 is not enabled, but my servers are all in use.

Later, compared with the servers in Shanghai, only the IP address was not manually specified in Changshu (assigned through DHCP), and the IP of the server in Shanghai was usually manually specified, so the CAS role IP address in Changshu was manually set and restarted, and the failure was found to be resolved.

This is amazing. I don't know if MS has any requirements for this, but I didn't see it when I read the document before, or I didn't notice it at the time.

After reading the above, do you have any further understanding of what to do about the frequent outages of individual Exchange2010 services caused by unbound IP? If you want to know more knowledge or related content, please follow the industry information channel, thank you for your support.
