Quick BI can provide mass data for ad hoc analysis, electronic report making and drag-and-drop visual analysis capabilities, and reshape the full link of data production. I heard it vaguely, but I remember he stressed that we must play a good role in QuickBI and let our data create value for the business. Anyway, what the higher-ups meant was to use QuickBI to work.

QuickBI Beginner

As a right-hand man to the supervisor, I became one of the few QuickBI administrators in the company. This also opens up a relationship with QuickBI. Open the home page of the website and find that the home page clearly shows the use process of QuickBI. The four-step song is quite clear. Not only that, but there are also quick start videos, official documentation, and even case reports.

It's pretty quick to get started. Our company started using it in a week or two. A few months later (10,000 words omitted here), QuickBI's visual analysis capabilities really let us see a lot of data clearly, but also created a lot of value, revenue increased by 8 percentage points compared with last year. Later, QuickBI came out as a nail micro-application, which was said to be aimed at executives, allowing executives to use QuickBI to understand the company's business dynamics while traveling, and occasionally play an important role at critical moments. My supervisor asked me to study it first so that he could use it. First of all, I need to bind my account to my nail, and then click to enter the nail micro application page, you can see some existing data. The app is divided into four tabs: Home, Data, Messages, and Mine.

Home Tab directly displays my favorite list and the three data reports I care about most. The favorite list page can also customize the order of favorite reports or delete them. Swipe right to enter the details of the top three favorite reports. Such a design is quite thoughtful.

In addition to collecting related report data, the home page also has recently viewed report data. So we can open up the most recently opened data again.

Mobile Report Details

Click on a specific report, you should be able to see the details, right? So I clicked on Paid and Protected User Statistics. There was actually no authority. Authority management was a matter of course. In the era of big data, data security is a very important thing, starting from within the company to do a good job of data authority management.

Sure enough, such data is not for ordinary people to see, the most Mini programs to open permissions is the right choice. I can try to apply, but what if the supervisor approves? So I click [Apply Now] to go to the permission application page, fill in the relevant information and submit it. After submission, where can I see it? We'll talk about that later.

You do not have permission to view this report. Let's change it. God! Why did he click on several reports without permission? He could clearly view them before! The company actually took back my authority. It seems that my status in the company is not as high as I thought. Heartache!

Finally, I found a report that I can demonstrate to you. Look at this. It's temporary, demo data!

Click on the five-pointed star in the upper right corner to collect/cancel the collection; click on More in the upper right corner to view the information of this report, share it with others within the application, and share it across applications.️

Mobile Data Tab

The Data Tab shows all the data you need to see in your microapp. Where did this data come from? Need to manage the background configuration in QuickBI, this kind of thing I let the developer do it. Click to open this Tab and see the classified data list. The collection status and permissions status of the report are also displayed. You can collect or cancel the collection directly on this page, and the collected reports will be displayed directly in the collection list on the home page. Reports without permission will have a mark. Fortunately, I have permission for all my classified reports.

So many reports, if you want to quickly find the report you want, click the search button in the upper right corner, enter keywords to search.

Click on the report you want to see details. Is it light and convenient?

Mobile Message Tab

Message Tab aggregates some message notifications, and when there is a message, there is a small red dot. As you can see, I have received a message. Messages Tab currently has two categories of notifications: shared notifications and permission approvals.

Let's see who shares reports with me in the app. This sharing looks familiar. Is it something Lingyi shared with me? Huh? I shared it with Lingyi just now! There is only one truth! Get your brains started.

Actually, I am Ling Yi, Ling Yi is me. This is the report that I share with myself. Because hole 1 is 01, Ling 1 is also 01, so hole 1 is Ling 1. Click on it directly and you can see the details of this sharing report.

Let's look at the permission approval again. Remember that we applied for the permission of the report "Statistics of Paid and Reserved Users" before? You can see that permission applications are divided into two situations: I apply and I approve. Under my application list, the record I just applied for was displayed impressively.

The supervisor must have taken his wife and children out for fun on the weekend. How could he have time to give me approval authority? At this time, I still have to click in to see what the situation is? What if I can read it?

Sure enough, I was disappointed that the report was still being applied for. But it's a friendly reminder. I'll rush my supervisor later.

Move my Tab.

I came to the last Tab, and I really was a Lingyi. This Tab doesn't have much to offer, it provides a help center, an introduction to QuickBI, and suggestions. The last one is probably just a number. Ignore it.

See how this product is presented. The first paragraph seemed to be similar to what my supervisor had said. My supervisor really didn't have any creativity. He didn't understand it himself. He said it almost exactly the same.

But I admit QuickBI is pretty handy.
