Solution:

1. Cd / etc/yum.repos.d/ = = > check whether the epel source is downloaded

2. Yum clean all= > clear all downloads (including those that are already broken)

3. Yum repolist= > View details

4. Yum install rpcbind nfs-utils= > download again

5. Echo $? = > check whether it is successful
