Samsung Galaxy A series phones will be unveiled soon. Tuesday's announcement included plans to release the Galaxy A50, Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A10e in the coming weeks.

The Galaxy A50 will be the first phone on the market and will be launched at Verizon Wireless on June 13. The A50 costs $349 and comes with a 6.4in FHD display, 4GB memory, 64GB storage, microSD card slots, 25MP front cameras, three rear cameras and 4000mAh batteries. The monitor has a teardrop gap, which Samsung calls an Infinity-U display.

The Galaxy A20 and A10e will be launched in the coming weeks for $249 and $179, respectively. According to Samsung, operators that will carry a range of phones include Verizon, Sprint, ATT, T-Mobile, Comcast and Honeycomb.

The Galaxy A20 features a 6.4in display, a 13 million pixel rear camera, a 4000 mAh battery and 32GB storage space. The Galaxy A10e has a 5.83inch screen, a 8 million pixel rear camera, a 3000 mAh battery and 32GB storage space.

All three devices come with a Samsung One UI interface that requires Android version 9.0.

Samsung previously announced that it would stop production of its low-end smartphone Galaxy J series and replace it with the Galaxy A model.

The A50 launched Google Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL in May in a manner similar to what we saw recently from Google. Both phones offer similar and sometimes the same features as Google's flagship product Pixel, but at a lower price. Includes display and processing functions that help reduce price points.
