My troubleshooting process: 1.Exchange 2010 system Settings:

1) troubleshoot the recently changed Exchange settings: a new domain name was recently added to Exchange, so I changed the changed settings back. After restarting the exhange service, I found that the problem was not solved and excluded the recently changed Exchange settings.

2) check the smtp related settings: check the relevant settings, no problems are found, and the SMTP related settings have not been changed before.

two。 Server system troubleshooting:

1) looked up a lot of information on the Internet, most of them said that there was something wrong with DNS parsing, and then I checked the internal DNS server and found that the DNS parsing on the server was normal and eliminated the internal DNS problem.

2) View server routing problems: when I use ping and tracert tools to ping public network DNS on the server, ping is not available, and I cannot find a route with tracert tool:

Okay! Here, the problem has been found.

You cannot ping other servers on the public network, such as mail.qq.com, because the other party may have set up an anti-ping and tracer mechanism.

At this point, check the routing problem of windous, or the router settings within the company, and find out how to solve the problem.
