The value for the column PREFERENCE_VALUE can be either 'N'or 'Runner.

'N'-Flag defaults to 'notchecked', but can be changed.

N means unchecked, that is, you can open multiple

'r'- Flag defaults to 'checked',but can be changed.

R stands for check, that is, you cannot open more than one

So if you want to leave this option unchecked forever, you can set preference_value to N from the background, and vice versa to R
