11. Change ownership at all nodes

chown nosql.nosql /cassandra -R

chown nosql.nosql /cassandradata -R

12. Modify cassandra.yaml on each node accordingly

Name nodes and so on.

13. Start in sequence

First seeds, then main

at node2

/cassandra/bin/cassandra -f

at node3

/cassandra/bin/cassandra -f

at node4

/cassandra/bin/cassandra -f

at node5

at node1

/cassandra/bin/cassandra -f

14. Start CLI at main

(Python version 2.7 or above is required)

create keyspace mykeyspace

with replication={'class':'SimpleStrategy','replication_factor':1};

use mykeyspace;

create tables users(userid int primary key, fn text, ln text, number int);

select avg(number) from users;
