1. Search for python.linting.pylintArgs in setting.json files

This is what I added in the user settings user_setting in setting.json:

"python.linting.pylintArgs": ["- disable=E1101", "--disable=W,C"]

-- disable=E1101 ignores the error E1101

-- disable=W,C this is to ignore warnings waring and C.
