1. Problem description: when opening the application, the error message of "0xc0000018" pops up and cannot be started normally.

2. Solution:

Method 1: check to see if the application is damaged, and you can choose to reinstall the utility.

Method 2: if it still fails to start properly after reinstalling the application, you can try to modify the registry. (note: you also need to create a restore point just in case before modifying the registry)

① first you need to use the combined shortcut "Win+R" to exhale the run window, then type "regedit" and press enter to open the interface to enter the registry editor.

② then click to enter the following path, and double-click "APPINIT_DLLS" in the right window to clear the "numeric data" item.
