App store download macOS High Sierra

Only the latest version of macOS can be downloaded, and the old version has been removed from the shelves. There are two cases, one is 19m app, the other is more than 5G app. The former refers to Creating a macOS High Sierra Installation ISO Image, while the latter refers to the bootable installable body disc and ISO image file known as macOS High Sierra 10.13. What I download is 19m app, which refers to the former.

Make an installation image

First prepare a flash drive and use it in windows's diskpart.

Sele disk xcleanconvert gpt# sometimes disk efi partition is less than 200m, erasing on mac will fail, indicating that there is not enough space create partition efi size=300

Convert to gpt format and erase the USB drive in macOS. Then, open the App where macOS High Sierra is installed, select the USB disk, and the installer starts downloading the installation image, and exits when the download is completed and needs to be restarted, and starts making the installation image.

Under normal circumstances, VMware is not open to install macOS, patch is required. Download DrDonk/unlocker from github, right-click the administrator to open win-install.cmd, install normally, modify the configuration file before turning on the power, and add:

Smc.version = "0"
