Solution:

You need to configure the max_allowed_ packet value in mysql's my.ini file.

I use the max_allowed_packet attribute that is not available by default in wamp5,my.ini. Can only add their own, check the default is 1m, generally we are set to 16m, and then add a "max_allowed_packet=16M" at the end of the file, OK. Is it completely normal to restart the server and update the cache now?
