Ssh-agent is a key manager. After running ssh-agent, use ssh-add to give the private key to ssh-agent for safekeeping. When other programs need authentication, they can send the authentication application to ssh-agent to complete the whole authentication process.

To make ssh-agent run automatically, write it to profile and create a new ssh-agent.sh under / etc/profile.d:
