First of all, clarify some basic concepts:
Contacts: contact person.
Contact Profiles: contact parameter files, including personal data, interactions, and permissions.
Corporate Accounts: corporate customers, the information includes customer contacts, customer team members, interactions and other details.
Followers of Digital Accounts: followers of social accounts. SAP Marketing Cloud allows us to view social account followers and generate analytical reports on the interaction between followers and followers.
Sentiment Engagement: emotional interaction.
In the process of interacting with customers, we are constantly collecting data and gradually improving user portraits. SAP Marketing Cloud makes statistics and analysis of the collected data, and marketers can use this information to guide marketing activities.

(4) Contacts contact
The Contacts list shows the key information for each contact. You can access a single contact's detailed parameter file (Profiles) by clicking on the name in the list.
The page displays the contacts information according to the user's needs, and the user can directly output the contacts information displayed on the page in the form of a data table.

Click a contact to view the details.
Interaction tab: displays interactive information with the customer, user interests, etc.
Personal Data: user's personal information, including contact information, Marketing Areas and Attributes, etc.
Origin Data: displays the information source, and links to Inspect contact to see more information.
Scores: analyze user information, rate the customer from multiple angles, and measure the Contact.
Permission Marketing: user licenses and subscriptions.
You can see that in the following figure, the user's contact information is given with 3 licenses and 0 subscriptions.
Commerce: you can see product recommendations, browsing preferences, and purchase records.
(5) Profile Streaming
Show, in the form of 3D/2D, how many interactions you have with how many customers in a given day.
The details related to each channel can be displayed here, which is a supplement to Profile Dashboard.
(6) Corporate Accounts customers
To view My Accounts and All Accounts, you can set up Target Group directly by checking the box.
Click on an Account to view details and enter the Spotlighting Accounts application.
This part of the information is roughly similar to the Contacts module for 2C scenarios, except that a Corporate Account can maintain multiple contacts and set up primary contacts.
