When you open the OracleDBConsoleorcl service, you are prompted that Windows cannot start OracleDBConsoleorcl. Exe on the local computer.

Resolution process:

After the administrator opens the command window

C:\ Users\ Mylove > emctl start dbconsole

Prompt that Oracle_sid is not set, enter:

C:\ Users\ Mylove > set oracle_sid=orcl

Enter emctl start dbconsole after that

Tip: d:\ oracle\ product\ 11.2.0\ dbhome_1\ oc4j\ j2ee\ OC4J_DBConsole_192.168.17.1_orcl cannot be found (192.168.17.1 is my computer IP), create one in the specified directory and copy all the files in the OC4J_DBConsole_localhost_orcl in the same directory to OC4J_DBConsole_192.168.17.1_orcl

Then enter:

C:\ Users\ Mylove > emctl start dbconsole

Tip: d:\ oracle\ product\ 11.2.0\ dbhome_1\ 192.168.17.1_orcl....xml file cannot be found

All right, if you can't find it, create a 192.168.17.1_orcl first, and then copy the localhost_orcl files in the same directory.

Then continue to enter:

Emctl start dbconsole
