I majored in communications in university, people may realize that there are many kinds of professional courses, all have to learn, but they are all entry-level, there is no special pertinence, the actual use for your future graduation is not very great. It is also possible that some people have nothing to do with their future jobs and majors, just like changing careers from scratch. I would like to advise friends who have not graduated from college that they must think about which industry to do when they graduate from college to find a job. The first job is especially important. If the job is not good (resign), you will look at your previous work experience when looking for a second job. For example, when a person goes to a private enterprise to create benefits for his boss, people with work experience may start to benefit in a month, and people with no work experience may take three months to half a year. If you are the boss, which one do you choose? College students looking for a job is looking for development, looking for a platform, finding a good platform will be of great help to your future growth. My third job really got into the Internet business. The first job is to be an operator (I don't know how to find a mother), and the second is a Samsung factory, which does equipment maintenance (mainly Samsung's electrical automation equipment). At that time, although I had more money than other electrical automation equipment, I thought I was a foreigner and left sooner or later. I didn't have the skills to make a living in society after leaving, and I didn't learn the same line of work, and my job didn't go well.

Speaking of network engineers is a very difficult business (peers do not spray), you need to be careful in the industry. If you majored in communications or Internet-related majors in college, the textbooks are all scratching the surface (except for graduate students and doctorates). If you really want to be a network engineer, you are advised to spend some money on finding a training course during college (it is best not to find a distance education). You may say that I have the ability to learn by myself, but I do not recommend it. One: finding a training course can save you time. You need to know that those are the key points that are difficult and not commonly used, and a waste of your time. Second: find a good teacher to take you into the profession, you can learn part of his experience, and configuration ideas, which you can not learn only by reading books. There are other benefits, not to mention. I majored in Cisco, routing switching, junior CCNA, intermediate CCNP, advanced CCIE. To get a job, you have to learn at least an intermediate level. By the same token, other manufacturers have no one to use the low-level, so they can't deal with the problems in the actual work.

Looking for a job

With regard to textual research, it is said that a certificate is a stepping stone to finding a job, and it is true. At least have a NP or IE certificate to find a job is really easy to find, if it is NA really useless. You have a certificate, at least HR people do not know the technology to get you in, can not do a job and the boss can not say anything.

With regard to ability, I found a job directly after taking the NP course (the money is not rich, the examination fee is very expensive, there is no way). Certificates are important, but abilities are just as important. There is a saying in the industry that certificates are blank. Important people in the company are here to work, not to hang a certificate.

About the interview

Large enterprises are written exams plus interviews. If you don't pass the written examination, don't think about the interview. No matter how good the image is, it's no use talking again.

Small and medium-sized private enterprises generally send resumes, screen, and then notify, direct technical managers or technical leaders to give you an interview, usually asking the most basic technical questions (there are also difficult, but rarely) and personal questions. Say what you know in terms of technology, and don't pretend to know it. Character is very important. Take control of your own situation. It mainly depends on ability.

Generally speaking, to find a job is to find a platform, which is basically the platform on which you can learn from your work and your future achievements. Having a good working environment and a good learning atmosphere, your access to those devices has something to do with the platform you are looking for.
