As shown below:

Normal is the absolute path to installation

Therefore, it is judged that the value of this attribute has been changed during patch update, which leads to the occurrence of problems.

The workaround is to change the value of BinSearchFolders to the normal path,

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\bin;C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\bin\CmdletExtensionAgents;C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\Owa\bin

The above path is the path where exchange2013 is installed. Please modify it if installed on other disks.

After modification, execute: IISRESET Restart IIS. Problem solved.
