About this book, it is also my debut with two other colleagues (Li Chun and Dong Hongyu). There are a lot of sad and funny episodes in the process of writing. For example, due to lack of experience and neglect of communication with the publishing house, we mistook 65W typesetting words for 65W statistical words, so we wrote and wrote until we counted 45W words, and then we could not write any more, so we contacted the publishing house and said that we could not get enough 65W words.

Subsequently, the editor of the publishing house responded with two key pieces of information:

Our remuneration is settled according to the royalty rate, not according to the number of words.

Publishers count by typesetting, not by statistics.

So according to the publishing house's typesetting style, we were shocked when we calculated that the total number of pages had exceeded 1000. After a comprehensive evaluation of some factors, we had to reduce it to about 700. therefore, we were caught in a dilemma about which part of the content should be reduced. after some struggle, we decided to cut out the four appendices (Appendix ABCD) and make them available for free download. It is the 699 pages of the body that you see (the number of printed words is about 108W).

After nearly two years, several of our authors were almost unconscious, but when we first saw the cover of the book (pictured below), we couldn't help but rejoice (I think friends who have written books understand what I'm talking about. It's like being pregnant for nine months and going to be a parent soon).

We originally planned to put the download link of the electronic version at the end of the preface, but we are very sorry that we missed the download link of the electronic version due to our negligence in the early stage, which led many friends to come to ask later. I didn't see the download link of the electronic appendix, and even some friends who didn't know the truth directly complained that there were so many parameters mentioned in the book, and they didn't introduce it at all. However, when the book was printed for the second time, we added the download link to the electronic appendix to the end of the preface.

We also pushed an electronic version of the PDF file once in the "Zhi Shu Tang" circle, and I also pushed the download link provided through my Baidu online disk on my moments alone. But I think about it over and over again, the electronic version of PDF is not convenient for quick access after all, so we decided to open source the content of nearly 15W words in the four appendices so that you can easily and quickly consult the content you need in the field at any time.

In addition, considering that some friends came to ask if the code snippets in the book were available for download, and mentioned that it was inconvenient to do experiments (I guess I might want to steal a little lazy bar), so we decided to open source the bold code snippets and some key configuration code snippets in the book. In addition, we have also opened up some of the big pictures in the book that do not seem so clear.

And! Thank you for your support for this book. Now, this book is about to be printed for the third time! Well, I've talked a little too much nonsense, so let's get to the main topic of this article.
