Cause analysis:

The prompt error means that the print task cannot be sent to the printer. The first thing to troubleshoot is whether the printer is turned on, whether it is set to print offline or pause printing, and whether the printer port setting is checked correctly.

Procedure:

One: check whether the printer is out of paper, suspend printing, offline use, etc.

1. Double-click the printer icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. Pull up the print queue of the printer, as shown below:

2. If it appears, has been suspended or offline use, etc., you can click "Printer" to pause printing and offline use of the printer to remove the box in front of the printer, as shown below:

Second: check whether it is caused by the system failure of the printer, with: "system error repair wizard" check.

Three: check whether the printer port setting is correct

1. Click "start"-- "Devices and printers", find the corresponding printer, and then right-click to select the printer properties, as shown in the following figure.

3. From the figure above, you can see that checking the wrong port causes printing errors. LPT is a parallel port, but the printer is a USB port. The solution is simple: drop down the port list, check the spare USB interface, and then click apply.
