This course provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to plan, deploy, configure, and manage Skype for Business 2015 solutions. Students will learn how to deploy a multi-site and highly available Skype for Business infrastructure that supports instant messaging, conferencing, persistent chat, archiving, and monitoring. Students will also learn how to manage and maintain the infrastructure and how to solve problems that may arise. The primary audience for this course is the information technology (IT) professionals responsible for the deployment of Skype for Business 2015 in the organization. Students should be proficient in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), data networking, and telecommunications standards and components that support Skype for Business configurations. Students should also be familiar with MicrosoftExchange Server and Microsoft Office 365.
