The author has not worked as a product manager, but as a SAP consulting business consultant, I also need to deal with development programmers (ABAP development consultants) in project practice. In fact, because the customer is too strong to convince the customer, the business consultant needs to communicate with the customer repeatedly and fully on the customer's needs, first of all to ensure that they really understand the customer's needs. Avoid complaints caused by many low-level errors found by customers when the program is delivered to customer business personnel for testing due to insufficient internal testing. Complaints from customers, especially those with extremely unfriendly attitudes, can cause frustration and frustration among development programmers, and even unnecessary backlash.

For requirements change, persuade the customer to give up as much as possible, and if you can't convince the customer, you have to convince the development programmer. In project practice, customers have different understandings and requirements for their own requirements at different times, so it is inevitable to bring about changes in requirements. Business consultants need to block requirements changes as much as possible.
