Dynamic acquisition of host address and other information through DHCP

First, the purpose of the experiment: to understand DHCP and make the terminal host obtain IP address, DNS server address, domain name and so on through DHCP.

1. Configure the PC1 to obtain the IP address by DHCP.

3. Divide vlan10 and vlan 20 on SW1 first.

Divide e0prime 1 into vlan 10, and divide e0max 2 into vlan 20.

Authentication: show vlan brief

4. 802.1q is encapsulated at the SW1 port and set to trunk port, and only vlan 10 and vlan 20 are allowed to pass.

5. Open the port e0Comp0 of R1.

Enter the subinterface e0apace 0.10 of e0apace 0, open the port, encapsulate 802.1q (remember), and set IP:192.168.10.254 / 24, which IP is the gateway of vlan 10.

Enter the subinterface e0apace 0.20 of e0apace 0, open the port, encapsulate 802.1q (remember), and set IP:192.168.20.254 / 24, which IP is the gateway of vlan 20

6. Configure the address pool of vlan 10 on R1

8. Check the PC1 address acquisition. The IP-Addresss is 192.168.10.1.

9. Check the PC2 address acquisition, and the IP-Addresss is 192.168.20.1.

10. Check the DHCP Server address allocation and the next address

11. Some addresses do not need to be assigned dynamically, such as some servers, network printers, etc., which can only be configured statically and can only be excluded on DHCP Server.

12. Verification command: show dhcp server can view DNS and domain name assignment.

13. On the dhcp server; show ip dhcp conflict can view address conflicts and use clear ip dhcp conflict * / an IP to identify address conflicts

14. Show ip dhcp binding, check the binding of IP and mac addresses
