What is MEasy IOT?

MEasy IOT is a set of human-computer interaction system composed of WEB Demo developed by Shenzhen Mill Electronics Co., Ltd. The hardware platform is based on MYD-YA157C; software and YOCTO-based linux file system, including Python WEB running environment and WEB applications. Web Demo is an application based on the Bamp S architecture written by Python2.7, including Flask, Javascript,css, HTML and other components. The structural block diagram of MEasy IOT is as follows:

The system is divided into application layer, driver layer and hardware layer. At present, Web Demo application is launched for users' reference, and has the following characteristics:

1. Lightweight connection: MEasy IOT uses D-Bus as the access interface between the application and the underlying hardware, with high efficiency and low latency. For example, the control of ADC,LED is accessed and controlled by Method and Signal implemented by D-BUS.

2. Modular expansion: the network management application in MEasy IOT uses open source Connman as the middle layer to realize the control of network devices. Connman is also a completely modular system based on D-Bus, which can be extended through plug-in to support the management of network devices such as EtherNet, WIFI, 3G/4G, Bluetooth and so on.

3. Integrated applications: the directory structure of MEasy IOT software on the target board contains applications and libraries directly generated by YOCTO recipes.

Please plug the network cable into the corresponding interface before powering up the development board before use. The static IP set by the development board network port 1 is 192.168.1.100. You need to add the IP of the 192.168.1 network segment to the PC, and then connect the development board and the PC to the switch or connect directly. The following is the Web Demo demonstration interface, which provides web-based remote configuration and communication protocol demonstration, and supports rich communication and wireless interfaces such as RS232, RS485, WiFi/BT, 4G/GPS, Ethernet and so on.

1.MQTT protocol:

MQTT (message queuing Telemetry Transport) is a message protocol based on publish / subscribe paradigm under the ISO standard. It works on the TCP/IP protocol family. It is designed for remote devices with low hardware performance and poor network conditions. It is lightweight, simple, open and easy to implement. These characteristics make it applicable in a wide range.

1. Make a WIFI connection through the WIFI settings page and wait for the WIFI status badge on the left navigation bar to change to the WIFI name to which you are connected.

Through the realization of the standard, it realizes the standardization of the engineering operation of the intelligent substation. Test procedure

Test LED:

Click the Discover IED button under the main interface of IECScout (to be downloaded by users), then enter the IP address 192.168.1.100 of the input server, and click the Discover button when the input is finished.

two。 On the Browser page, you can see the IED device model named after MYIR1. Click Data Models- > LD1- > GGIO1 under the IED device model to enter the general Imax O control interface. Double-click the LED1 data object under GGIO1 to see the data property Switch, and then click the Write button in the upper menu bar to control LED1.

3. Select true in the Value bar, and then click the Write button, and the LED D2 on the development board is lit, and the status of LED in the IEC61850 application on the WEB page is also opened.

Test ADC:

1. In the IECScout software universal IWEB O control interface, click ADC1- > adcMag to see the value of ADC, which is the same as the value of ADC in the current WEB page IEC61850 application.

two。 Click the update button under ADC in the IEC61850 application of the WEB page, and the value of ADC in the WEB page is updated to the latest value, and the value of ADC is also written to IEC Server. At this time, you need to click the Read all button on the menu bar in the IECScout software to update the value of ADC in the general IMago control interface.
