i. Installation DB2 prompt missing 32bit libpam.so package

[root@localhost expc] #. / db2_installRequirement not matched for DB2 database "Server". Run installation with the option "- f sysreq" parameter to force the installation.

Just add the "- f sysreq" parameter when you execute the installation command

. / db2_install-f sysreq

ii. Start after installation: db2start prompt missing libnuma.so.1 package

[db2inst1@localhost ~] $db2startdb2start: error while loading shared libraries: libnuma.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The default installation is 32bit, and you need to install the 64bit toolkit
