ERP operators are also responsible for organizing the venue for ERP end-user training, installation and commissioning of hardware equipment and SAP, and organizing batch training and examinations for end-users to ensure that the ERP system covers all business departments involved in the process, so that the system can be successfully implemented and effectively promoted and applied. At this stage, ERP key users act as ERP business consultants and lecturers, while ERP operators make organizational preparations and coordination.
5. Deployment and daily operation and maintenance of terminals
Before the official launch of the ERP system, the operation and maintenance of the ERP system needs to install and deploy the SAP client on the work terminals of the salesmen who use the ERP system in the front-end business departments and the approvers on the process nodes to ensure that the communication between the client and the server is normal.
