It occurred once in the previous year, and the same phenomenon will occur every week recently. The device has been running for more than 2 years, and the memory and CPU are normal. It is suspected that the problem is caused by the long running time. Because it is a production firewall, the restart will affect other businesses and has not been dealt with for the time being.

2. Sometimes return to the login interface for no reason in the course of operation. 3. Sometimes update the configuration, and the WEB interface responds slowly, such as adding a policy, unknown reason 4, replacing the firewall, replacing an exit firewall A with a new model device, and not replacing the internal firewall B. During the replacement process, the two firewalls are not routed point-to-point, so check that the IP address is configured correctly. Query the configuration and ARP information of the two firewalls, find that the ARP information on the new firewall An is correct, and receive the ip and MAC information of the old firewall B. But the IP information on the old firewall B is correct, but MAC is the firewall port MAC information before replacement. Solution: clear the MAC address table, or restart the firewall device.
