Shulou(Shulou.com)06/01 Report--
Editor to share with you how to install the various components of the cluster through the ambari interface, I believe that most people do not know much about it, so share this article for your reference, I hope you can learn a lot after reading this article, let's go to know it!
I. Overview
How to install the various components of the cluster through the ambari interface, in order to make it easy for you to understand, I take a screenshot of each step to show.
Environmental Information:
IP
Hostnam
Remarks
192.168.0.101
Master.hadoop.ljs
Master master node
192.168.0.102worker1.hadoop.ljs
Worker1
192.168.0.103worker2.hadoop.ljsworker2
Second, installation steps
Log in to the ambari interface. After the ambari interface is installed, the default information is as follows
Http://192.168.0.101:8080/#/login
Username / password: admin/admin
Ambari-server default configuration file ambari.properties, interested students can take a look, there are users of the ambari-server process, Metabase connection information, JDK, ambari-agent timeout information, and so on. Here is a hint: after the installation of the component is complete, even if the ambari-server is hung up, it will not affect the operation of the Hadoop cluster. Ambari-server is just a display interface.
[root@master ~] # cd / etc/ambari-server/conf/ [root@master conf] # cat ambari.properties
two。 After logging in, the latest ambari has been modified. Basically, some styles have been changed. The menu bar has been moved from the top to the far left, and click the cluster installation wizard directly to start the installation:
3. Customize the cluster name. I call it HDP314 here. Click next:
4. In the above section, you can choose the HDP version. Generally speaking, we can directly select the default version of HDP3.1 and select the self-built Repository. Here, please note that when you enter your yum source address, the final address should end with "/".
In addition, some students Repository may have three input boxes, that is because when you configure ambari-server setup, there is a configuration "ambari server downloads and installs gpl licensed lzo package". You chose "y". I also chose "y" in order to show you. It is not allowed here, otherwise it will only add annoyance. If you previously selected "y", we can modify the gpl.license.accept=false in the configuration file ambari.properties configuration file, as shown in the figure:
5. The following is to fill in the cluster node information and ssh password-free login information. Here is a hint that when you do ssh secret-free login, not only can you log in from master to worker node, but also from master to master node, otherwise your master node will not be registered, as shown in the figure:
6. Register the host as shown in the figure:
7. Select services. I suggest that if you have a large number of nodes, you should choose fewer services at the beginning. For demonstration purposes, I chose three services: hdfs, yarn and zookeeper, for reference only:
8. Here is to select which service component is installed on which host, as shown in the figure:
9. Datanode and nodemanager installation nodes are selected here, and generally all three nodes are selected here, because hdfs defaults to three copies, and at least three nodes are required. Another node with datanode is installed with nodemanager and regionserver to improve the efficiency of yarn tasks and hbase reading (data localization), as shown in the figure:
10. Enter the password for grafana admin and customize it, as shown in the figure:
11. Here, set up the data directories of datanode, namenode and secondarynamenode. Generally speaking, datanode stores relatively large data. It is best to find a larger data disk, and do not put it directly under the root disk. I have only one disk here, and it doesn't matter; the rest are log directories and so on, which can be modified according to their own conditions, as shown in the figure:
twelve。 The following ambari specifies an administrator user for each component. Generally, there is no need to correct it. You can just use the default one, as shown in the figure:
13. Here, you can also change the configuration of each component, which can also be modified after it is installed. Go straight to the next step:
14. The following is an overview of your configuration. If you need to change it, you can go back to modify it and install it in the next step.
15. At this point, the ambari interface is installed.
