The flex-grow property is used to set or retrieve the expansion ratio of the elastic box.

Note: if the element is not an element of the elastic box object, the flex-grow attribute has no effect.

Object.style.flexGrow= "5"

CSS syntax:

Number a number that specifies the amount by which the project will be expanded relative to other flexible projects. The default value is 0.

Make the second element three times as wide as the other elements:

Display:flex

}

# maindiv:nth-of-type (1) {flex-grow:1;}

# maindiv:nth-of-type (2) {flex-grow:3;}

# maindiv:nth-of-type (3) {flex-grow:1;}

# maindiv:nth-of-type (4) {flex-grow:1;}

# maindiv:nth-of-type (5) {flex-grow:1;}
