­this feature is called Panic Press Behavior (panic keystroke behavior), and the number of clicks sufficient to trigger this function is 4 times, and the interval is no more than 0.3 seconds.

­due to the openness of Android, many applications can easily obtain advanced permissions, which gives room for many malicious programs and rogue ads to run rampant. Once you find that there is no good way to stop these rogue programs, you may fall into a kind of small panic. The setting of "panic mode" is like an emergency pop-up button in UX design, which was first discovered by the XDA developer Forum on July 7 and has been confirmed by Google.

­this may be one of the reasons why Google has not publicly announced this feature, and the panic mode is not mentioned in the official documentation of Google. It is not clear whether the "panic button" setting will be able to turn off blackmail software that forces locking screens.
