Add Chinese language pack to win7pro x64 English version

1. Download the language pack, decompress it into lp.cab, and copy it to disk C.

2. The administrator runs cmd:

DISM / Online / Add-Package / PackagePath:C:\ lp.cab

3 、 bcdedit / set {current} locale zh-CN

Bcdboot WinDir% / l zh-CN

4. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Control\ MUI\ UILanguages

Delete redundant language packs: en-US

Here should be two values, one is en-US and zh-CN, delete en-US, restart the computer, and it's done.

5. Restart takes effect
