In general, the image of a CVM is based on a snapshot of the CVM system disk at a certain time, which actually saves the CVM system in use as a private image. When users need to redeploy a complex initialization system and deploy servers with the same configuration multiple times, or when they need to conduct large-scale testing and rapid deployment of software developers' own software, you can choose to create an image.

1. Log in to the CVM website Management Center-Business Management-Server Management, select the host to be operated, and click Management to enter.

two。 In the more actions list, click create Custom / Cloud Mirror, pop up the create Custom Mirror window, and create a custom mirror based on the specified snapshot. The custom image name is 1-64 characters long, can only have numbers, letters, and an underscore "-", and can only start with a letter.

3. Enter a new image name or IP to start the creation of a new image, which can be completed within 30 minutes.

4. In the tab of the mirror, check whether the status of the mirror is "creating", "requesting" or "completed".

These are the details of the operation steps of the CVM for mirroring. Have you gained anything after reading it? If you want to know more about it, welcome to the industry information!
