What if the printer driver cannot print after installation?

First, the connection problem:

If there is nothing wrong with the connection of the printer, then we can see if the port setting of the printer is correct.

The Win 10 system also opens the control panel, printer and scanner, click on the printer (here is a direct left click), select Management, and click Printer Properties.

Switch to the port option, the printer connection cable is different, so the port type is not the same, here to tell you the difference between LPT port and USB00x port

This kind of cable is a LPT port print line, which is out of date, and many computers now do not even have this kind of interface. This kind of interface is generally used in older needle printers and inkjet printers, and those connected with this line should choose the LPTx port.

This is a USB print line, which is currently in use in the mainstream. If you connect with this line, you will choose USB00x port.

The wrong port can not be called, many users are wrong here, but the LPT port is checked here with USB cable. If it is wrong here, just change it to the corresponding one. The method of modification is very simple. Press and hold the scroll bar on the right and pull it down.

If there is no USB00x port connected to the USB cable here, it is mostly due to connection problems or the printer is not powered on, hit to connect the printer to the back of the host computer or change the printer connection and power on.

Third, the printer status shows the offline use of the printer
