This article mainly introduces how to use ImageGlass to quickly view JPG images, has a certain reference value, interested friends can refer to, I hope you can learn a lot after reading this article, the following let Xiaobian take you to understand.

On Mac, to view the JPG images folder as a slide, simply select all the images in the folder (Command-A) and press Option-Command-Y. After that, you can flip forward using the arrow keys. Of course, in Windows, you can do something similar by selecting the first image, clicking the yellow management bar in the window, and then selecting a slide. There, you can control the speed, but only slow, medium and fast.

I hope to be able to turn over the next picture like Mac in Windows. Naturally, I did a Google search and found a solution. I found ImageGlass, an open source application licensed under GPL 3.0, and it did it perfectly. This is what it looks like:

About ImageGlass

ImageGlass was developed by D á ng Di Ph á p, a Vietnamese developer who is in charge of the front end at Chainstack, according to his website. He collaborated with Kevin Routley in the United States, which "develops new features for ImageGlass." The source code can be found on GitHub.

ImageGlass supports the most common image formats, including JPG, GIF, PNG, WEBP, SVG, and RAW. Users can easily customize the list of extensions.

The specific problem I encountered was the need to find an image for the cover of the catalog. Unfortunately, it is in a folder containing dozens of photos. It's easy to slide through photos in ImageGlass, stop in front of the photos I want, and download them to my project folder. Open source helped me again, and the application only took a short time to download and use.

On March 10, 2016, Jason Baker listed ImageGlass as one of the nine open source alternatives to Picasa in his article. If you have a need, there are some other interesting image-related tools.
